PROBLEMATIKA GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI TK PADAIDI DESA LABALANG KECAMATAN KASIMBAR DALAM TINJAUAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM


Abstrak

The main problem raised in this research is learning problems in Padaidi kindergarten of Labalang Village, Kasimbar District from the view of Islamic education. TK Padaidi was selected as the subject of research because the researcher wanted to investigate the learning problems. Problem of this research is formulated into two sub-problems namely: (1) What is the form of teachers’ problems in improving the quality of learning in Padaidi kindergarten of Labalang Village, Kasimbar District? (2) How is the teachers’ problem implication in improving the quality of learning in Padaidi kindergarten of Labalang Village, Kasimbar District from the view of Islamic education?
The purposes of this research are: (1) to know the form of teachers’ problems in improving the quality of learning in Padaidi kindergarten of Labalang Village, Kasimbar District. (2) To find out the teachers’ problem implications in improving the quality of learning in Padaidi kindergarten of Labalang Village, Kasimbar District from the view of Islamic education.
Method used in this research is qualitative descriptive and Islamic education approach, which consists of: Approach and type of research, researcher's presence, Research location, Data source, Data collection procedure, Data analysis, checking the validity of findings, and research stages.
Results of the research indicate that: (1) the forms of t teachers’ problems in improving the quality of learning in Padaidi kindergarten of Labalang Village, Kasimbar District are students cannot read, limitated facilities, students cannot distinguish uppercase and lowercase letters, lack of props, and parents of children are not actively paying monthly dues. (2) The teachers’ problem implications in improving the quality of learning in Padaidi kindergarten of Labalang Village, Kasimbar District from the view of Islamic education are the teacher must learn extra to make the students read fluently, maximize the potential, teachers must create media for students to distinguish uppercase and lowercase letters, students are sometimes taken to other kindergartens to see props, and the foundation should seek other sources of funding to pay teachers’ salary.
